The Kesse Model School
The Kesse school is an underprivileged school in Nigeria that AWE has adopted. The government does not provide adequate funding so the school budget is based on school fees paid by parents. But many parents can't afford them. AWE is working to supplement the cost of school fees and provide much needed equipment and supplies.
Charles E. Mills Secondary School
AWE has a partnership with the Charles E. Mills Secondary School in Sandy Point, St. Kitts. It is the school Alice Wyre attended as a child and is near and dear to our hearts. AWE is working to provide CEMSS with a PA system so they can have better communication. We are also awarding 2 scholarships to graduating seniors who have shown resilience in the face of adversity.
